1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Launchcore (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Launchcore offers web design, development, and related digital services.
The scope of each project is defined in writing through a proposal, quote, or agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

provide accurate information and materials needed for the project

respond to communication in a timely manner

review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes

ensure they have the rights to all content provided (images, text, logos, etc.)

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late responses.

4. Payments & Invoicing
Projects may require a non‑refundable deposit before work begins.

Remaining payments follow the schedule outlined in the proposal or invoice.

Late payments may result in paused work until payment is received.

All completed work remains the property of Launchcore until full payment is made.

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a project; however, cancellation does not release the client from financial responsibility for work already completed.

5.1 Work Completed Must Be Paid
If a project is cancelled, all work performed up to the cancellation date must be paid in full, including:

planning

communication and consultation

research

design

development

revisions

preparation of deliverables

If the project is 50–60% complete, the client is responsible for 50–60% of the total project fee.

5.2 Non‑Refundable Deposits
Deposits or upfront payments are non‑refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason.

5.3 Ownership of Work
All work created before cancellation remains the property of Launchcore until payment for completed work has been received.

5.4 Cancellation by Launchcore
We may cancel a project if:

payments are overdue

repeated delays occur

agreements are breached

communication becomes inappropriate or abusive

In such cases, the client must still pay for all completed work.

6. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revisions.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs.

7. Intellectual Property
After full payment:

clients receive rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement

Launchcore retains rights to design concepts, drafts, and unused ideas

Launchcore may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise

8. Third‑Party Services
We may use third‑party tools or services (hosting, fonts, integrations).
Clients are responsible for any third‑party fees unless otherwise agreed.

9. Liability
Launchcore is not liable for:

content provided by the client

damages caused by third‑party services

website downtime caused by hosting providers

indirect or consequential damages

We provide services “as is” and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Privacy
Information on how personal data is handled can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Switzerland.
